Professional Experience

Megan is a licensed professional counselor and has been counseling since 2015.  She also has experience teaching various psychology courses at a Kansas City, Missouri university from 2015-2025.  She has a passion for caring for others, teaching, learning, and creating.

She has frequently volunteered in childcare areas and supporting different children activities

She took the jump to selling candles and other crafts at the Kansas City Renaissance Festival, and other festivals and cons in Missouri.  While her favorite way to promote merchandise is in person, it is also nice for others to know they are not alone and our geekiness and neurospicy unites us, even if we are not in the same room.

Geekiness to Creation

Ever since childhood, primary artist, Megan, has been passionate about different fandoms and creativity.  The beauty of being a grown up is, you work hard for your money and can buy your own toys!  As such, Megan has fully embraced that and loves to play in a variety of ways.  She makes candles, molded and jarred, specializing in the mental health line, the fruity line, and creating her own molds for representation of different fandoms.  She also has loved playing with colors and scents, both independently and by suggestion from her wonderful patrons!

She has also long-since crocheted blankets of various sizes and patterns, taking each as an opportunity to see where things end up.  This has expanded in the last year into making shawls, both for children and adults, with her younger kids so graciously agreeing to test and model the results.

She has also made other fun crafts of window hangs, coasters, jewelry charms, keychains and more, with the primary goal to represent different communities and interests.

Megan is also actively working to corrupt her children into creation and encourages them to create and dive into art.  She is hoping at least one will join circus school, but for now they are making their own creations of jewelry, masks, and clay figures.

YOU Matter

Our goal is to support mental wellness through play, creativity, and advocacy.  We are especially immersed with those on the Autism/ADHD spectrum, the LGBTQ+ community, and the Renaissance Festival and Comic Con communities.  YOU ARE IMPORTANT.  The ways that you are unique and different are what make you wonderful.
